Refund policy
Pre-Orders only: By checking out I agree to the TAT (turnaround time) of the item, usually 4-6 weeks. Preorders are final sale. If in the event the item goes beyond it’s TAT of 6 weeks, we will notify the customer via email of the delay. At that time, customer can request a refund or continue to wait for the item.
Other items, not listed above can be exchanged only within 15days. If Overdress in error, we will offer a full refund.
All holiday sales are final.
